History: Goroth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
