History: Namfoodle was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Lorilla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Carter. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and balancing his hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She tends to her Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Miller. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born in the north. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she's looking for her big break

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Through the years after Emma was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Emma's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
