He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Târz has worked very hard to control his curse. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Târz never married again.
