Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. History: Zepar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Zepar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
