History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naivara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naivara. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Ulfgar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ulfgar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Fallond lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Fallond and his spouse have recently divorced.
