Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Surina and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is dressed in a clean red cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. She is baby faced.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pearl grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pearl. After a long history of fighting, Pearl and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To protect her home; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: The child of a Barrister, who enjoyed hunting, Ralf was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.
History: Born in the west to a Miner, Heather learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. She struck the Miner job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and balancing her hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She wears her white hair up. Her eyes are likewise green.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Knight but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Knight arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Rosamund was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and he perpetually has his scythe ready. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are gray.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He takes great joy in being the best Herbalist in town.
History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lewis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
