History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Leshanna alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Mormog was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: The child of a Brewer, who enjoyed hunting, Kelter was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: Born in the south to a Navigator, Loopmottin learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a Navigator soon after.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and balancing her hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

History: Kite was born the youngest of three triplets. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
