History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Nora alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Nora was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
