History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His childhood dream was to be a Servant, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Alexandre enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Alexandre was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

History: Syllin was born with her father's beautiful face. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Torbera was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Torbera alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Born to a Assassin, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ellyjoybell fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
