History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: Portia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: A 3'8" northern man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Carter again; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her copper crest is unkempt and raggedy. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Havilar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Havilar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to reunite with her absent father

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 6'5". He likes to wear pastel tank tops with black pants, and his gloved hand is found clutching a longsword. His cinnamon fur is lengthy. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Description: This light-skinned male wears a black shirt with thin violet vertical stripes and grey pants. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tailor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tailor. He struck the Tailor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tailor responsibilities is difficult; and to be a ploughman again
