Description: 4'1" and muscular, this southern woman has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her blue robe. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Miller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored.
