Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: She was born in a small forest village. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Rosamund was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: To be a Weaver again; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rurik was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rurik's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
