Description: Runty and weak-looking, she is dressed in a clean yellow cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Mercenary but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Mara lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Mara and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Vezera is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Vezera lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Mayor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'0" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During her travels, Meena and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Meena discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Meena fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Fragrant was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a great chef.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and many drow want him driven away
