Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Donella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
