History: Kristryd lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her childhood dream was to be a Priest, but she was a colossal failure. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Aelar was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Malmûg wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of a Fortune-teller, who enjoyed hunting, Malmûg was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and regain custody of his son

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She became a Weaver soon after.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
