Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cloak embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Detective but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Cloak was born with his father's beautiful face. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Carpenter, and she later adopted a second son.
