History: Born in the west to a Bather, Andraste learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bather for the past few years.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: River was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Layabout. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Assassin. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and doesn't want to be a layabout and was forced into it by his family

Description: This late middle aged man very much looks the part of a Mercenary and is in decent physical shape. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His black eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She bought a lance and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
