History: The child of a Cook, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his flail, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Vanuath does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Aerdeth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Hrathy was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Ombul is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has no hair. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the south
