Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nalaed does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Nalaed reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Glassblower like his mother before him.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rivaan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rivaan. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Ortegar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered brigands who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Willow was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

History: Born to a Sellsword, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and an old rival family wants her found
