He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

His long scarlet crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Rhogar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

History: She was born into a rich family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
