History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Bounty Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Pearl was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the east. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He is a Dyer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and expand his business

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: Standing 5'5", this woman wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. Her white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Rieta took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scimitar and armor she uses now. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Brewer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Adelard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Adelard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
