Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: This late middle aged woman tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Theirastra hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Theirastra was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: He was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Gimgen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: Eberdeb was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has worked as a Courier like his father before him.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears silk and lounges about seductively. She keeps her long red hair kept up in a rat tail. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and to reunite with her old friends

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Helen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Helen. After a long history of fighting, Helen and her spouse have recently divorced.
