Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: To unite with her sister; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Rurik lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his longbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He wears his red hair down. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Slave Trader. The war was a terrible time for him, and Garl does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Slave Trader for hire.
Motivation: To be a Jeweler again; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Verin is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.
History: Born in the west to a Herbalist, Verin learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: To be a Cartwright again.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Edge hails from a village terrorized by giants. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Edge was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

She prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available she will default to her monstrous two handed axe. She sports brown long hair. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Sybil was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Callie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Diggory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
