Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His purple hair is singed and shortened. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants revenge against orcs

Description: Standing 5'1", this man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His white eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born in a small desert village. Zephan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: 3'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After months of barely getting by, Ozyman managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears long strands of aquamarine and short yellow dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, marred by teas. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Gunter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cartwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Whurbin was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Whurbin took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
