History: Ûggû was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges.
