History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Susannah grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: An older woman who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, she is not a threatening figure. Her black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is a Mortician first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When Jane reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mortician for the past few years.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and balancing her hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: She was born into a rich family. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His white hair is singed and shortened. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Radomir hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Through the years after Radomir was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Radomir's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Quarethon was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Dentratha lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Dentratha liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
