History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Jacoba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural.
