Personality: Thomas is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He uses divination through singing.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thomas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. Her crest is blue, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She very much looks the part of a Sellsword. Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She got into the Sellsword business at a young age. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and balancing her hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears professional attire. Her hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. She has amber eyes.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Blossom's homeland. Blossom decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it.

Her hair is silver and curly. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gold eyes.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Junk Dealer born in the past three hundred years. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She became a Junk Dealer soon after.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: This man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He has blue eyes and a white hat with a blue feather.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mormog grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Armorer born in the past three hundred years. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Armorer for the past few years.
