Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. Personality: Sun hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a whip, but if one is not available she will default to her quarterstaff. Sporting a golden mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat, and she perpetually has her club ready. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Chaedi learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. At a young age her mother died while driving off some giants. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in club use. She's also a talented Unemployed, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She is a Slaad in disguise. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Roofer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her dark red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is content

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her crossbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Kristryd was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. One day when Kristryd was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Kristryd was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: This man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His white fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
