History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ghaliver grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ghaliver. He's also a talented Armorer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She prefers to wear grey clothing when she does not wear armor. Her white hair is matted, messy, and big. She has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Tailor. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and many dire rats want her driven away

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

She has a hunchback. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by his family.
