Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, marred by beers. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Umpen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. Umpen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His first spouse was a Scribe, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Lone enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Servant for hire.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and to be a spy again

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her red hair is heavily combed to the right. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Gardener and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She wears baggy violet pantaloons and a white scarf. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She sports a flattop hair cut. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. After coming to the age of reason, Keyleth took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Melech grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a kukri on her belt. Her hair is short and auburn. Her skin is flawless and her violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Antinua was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.
