He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Knight, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Healer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Anakis lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Holg was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
