Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and money/treasure
