His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sumnes hails from a village terrorized by orcs. At some point she was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born into a rich family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.
