Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Ruloth was born with her mother's beautiful face. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region.
