Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When Tarhun reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away.
