Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 56. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Thomas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries with him a set of scythes on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Rurik lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rurik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carpenter and was forced into it by his family; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
