Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Mara was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the south to a Ploughman, Megged learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and an old rival family wants him found

He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting giants, the young Vonbin began to lead the lost caravan. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and revenge

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ulla was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Ulla was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Ownka's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.

History: Ownka hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
