Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Shadow alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Hunter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: Kabbarg was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bather, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is content

His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His tied-back hair is silver. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Carlin lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Carlin has worked very hard to control her curse. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to unite with her brother

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
