Personality: Hoshgrish is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Hoshgrish hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ielenia grew up listening to her father's many stories. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west.
