History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his youth he was a Detective, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has achieved small success as a Laborer.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Layabout. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to prove his worth to the world

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she's repulsed by the pc

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Nija liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has worked as a Seamstress like her father before her.
