Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He is a mite stocky and is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His white crest is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are gold.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Gorbundus was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gorbundus took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and expand his business

Description: 6'1" and muscular, this southern man wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Skog was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Blacksmith. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
