History: Umpen hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a tan vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Lorilla hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'2" when asserting herself. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Soapmaker profession.

History: Egelina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.

History: Pandjed was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.

Motivation: Dwarven compassion; and revenge

Personality: Blorg is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Blorg was born with his father's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Soapmaker and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He has no hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She usually wears her green robe and has her whip always slung over her shoulder. She keeps her long purple hair kept up in a rat tail. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her black eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jezebeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
