Description: This malnourished man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. His golden hair is lengthy. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Anselm was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Anselm decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Anselm was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: 6'7" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She wears her white crest down. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Uadjit was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Uadjit alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Uadjit was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a Butcher soon after.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Masseuse work with an outfit from a few towns over. Masseuse work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Masseuse for the past few years.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Travok was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Her hair is red and very short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She got into the Adventurer business at a young age. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Adventurer responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a brown coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. He keeps his beige fur in a pixie cut. His copper eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
