History: Thorpe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Seamstress for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Seamstress responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now owns her own business.
