History: Raer was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thradal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thradal. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Lilli alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and money/treasure
