Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. A true patriot, Skirt would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Skirt was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Roofer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His yellow fur, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Drifting is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Drifting hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Ralf was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He struck the Armorer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Gifted from a young age, Dondon studied abroad. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Mercenary. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She became a Mercenary soon after.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by her family

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Srorthen's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Srorthen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. He became a Baker soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
