His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hagren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Hagren was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Masseuse. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Masseuse for hire.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hethress was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hethress grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hethress. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She became a Performer soon after.
