Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mastema was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Mastema and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she seems to be bored by most things

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he has money and likes to spend it

He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He became a Unemployed soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult.
