History: Kansif hails from a village terrorized by brigands. At some point she was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many brigands want her driven away

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Eloise was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Eloise's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: He was born into a rich family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and balancing his hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Havilar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
